Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or proprietary information shared during the project and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Zumo Pro Marketing shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms or services.

Termination
